Mr. Surents came to the Valley in December of 1998 and immediately started working in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning industry. He began as a free-lance “helper” (assistant) as it was called. Working hard, learning and paying great attention to detail, Mr. Surents was promoted to Foreman after just one year.

He worked as Foreman of a 4-man crew for a year and three months and then Mr. Surents was recruited by a company called Western Pacific and offered a respectable pay-raise. So, in 2000 took the job. Working as Foreman for Wester Pacific for three and a half years helped Mr. Surents see how to run a detailed operation in HVAC and began to see the next step for him.

It was then, while at Western Pacific, that Mr. Surents decided to obtain his license and start his own business so that he could afford to start a family. While working full-time as a Foreman for Western Pacific, Mr. Surents began taking courses at West Valley Occupational College where he became a licensed Stationary Mechanical Engineer.

After seven years and five months of working in the HVAC industry, Mr Surents started his own HVAC Company in In May of 2005. With much experience, attention to detail and professionalism in his business, Mr. Surents has been able to support himself steadily working only in HVAC business.

Mr. Surents is currently married and the proud father of two wonderful children. Mr. Surents has the professional and personal expertise to take care of your Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning needs.
